The Lakeshore Preserve guide

Reviewed . Every figure comes from the sources listed at the end.

Overview

Lakeshore Preserve is a single-builder Toll Brothers neighborhood in Horizon West, laid out along Lakeshore Pointe Drive and Shorebird Lane on the south shore of Panther Lake. It sits in Horizon West’s Village F, in unincorporated Orange County, and homes carry Winter Garden addresses. In a 2022 release, Toll referred to its “Lakeshore community” on Lakeshore Pointe Drive, which then housed a temporary sales center for a nearby Toll project. Builder sales have since wrapped up: on October 21, 2026, Lakeshore Preserve did not appear anywhere on Toll Brothers’ list of Florida communities. This guide lists it as sold out, and anyone buying here today is buying a resale.1,13,14,17,18

Homes and builders

Toll Brothers built all of the homes. Orange County records show about 370 homes, roughly 286 single-family houses and 84 townhomes, on plats Toll recorded between 2015 and 2020. Most were built from 2017 to 2020, and the last was finished in 2023. No builder collections are for sale now, so there is no current price table. Resale listings mention single-family plans including the Sanibel, the Madeira and the Estates Collection Maranello, and townhome plans such as the Cicero. In 2024 the Orange Observer described the Santa Bella as the largest model offered in the community.1,2,4,7,8,12,14

Recent activity gives a sense of value. In 2026, a townhome sold for $650,000 in March and a three-bedroom house sold for $690,000 in August. The Orange Observer reported a five-bedroom, 3,917-square-foot home selling for $1,020,000 in March 2026 and a five-bedroom, 4,300-square-foot home selling for $1,545,000 in June 2026. Active listings in October 2026 included a four-bedroom Sanibel at $849,900 and a lakefront Estates Collection home at $2,075,000.2,4,5,6,10,11
